Speciality Trees Web Development
Speciality Trees are specialists in the container production of premium quality advanced landscaping trees and supply them to the landscaping and nursery markets. They have an extensive knowledge base that only comes from years of experience in the industry.
They required a website that reflected their position in the market as an authority on advanced trees. The solution was to develop a system that would allow them to build a library of information over time that showcases their product range and supply a visitor with enough information to help them select the right product.
Goals/Objectives
- Minimise the total number of required telephone enquiries and route them through the web via a quoting system
- Give browsers advanced search facilities that make selection of trees an easy process
- Allow Speciality Trees staff to feature a number of trees on the homepage
- Create image manipulation tools that can be used by staff to resize and watermark images for any purpose
We also setup a new domain name for them that utilised a common mis-spelling of their company name so that a simple typing error did not result in customers not being able to browse the site or send email.
